Sign up to receive free emails that come regularly to your inbox so you never have to look for them. In these emails, you’ll find tips, tricks, and encouragement to stay sober whether you’re on Day 1 or Day 5,689. Occasionally I’ll share replies from followers so you know you’re not alone. (Anonymously of course.)


PENPAL FOR A MONTH.

Sometimes you need 1-on-1 support. A space where you can ask questions (or vent frustrations!) and I answer. We’ll email daily for a month (30 days) and brainstorm ideas for your recovery. And of course I’ll be cheering you on all the way! There are 10 spots available at a time. Please note: This will not be the same as intensive 1:1 coaching sessions. Being a penpal is included with 1:1 coaching sessions.


1:1 COACHING.

When you’re ready to dive a little deeper, 1:1 coaching is the perfect place. As we work together in weekly or bi-weekly sessions, I’ll help guide you in taking steps toward your goals for your life.
